Chef Tom Sellers to open own restaurant, Story, in Bermondsey

Chef Tom Sellers, who has worked with the likes of Tom Aikens, Thomas Keller and Rene Redzepi, is set to open his own restaurant, Story, on Bermondsey's Tooley Street in March.

Sellers worked for Aikens for two-and-a-half years at Tom Aikens restaurant in Chelsea. He has also worked at the French Laundry in California, and Per Se in New York.

It was while he was working for Adam Byatt at Trinity in London that he was approached to work for Noma by Matt Orlando, a former sous chef at Per Se.

Sellers said: "Story will tell my story though food. It will be me - all my experiences, influences and inspirations - on a plate."
