Chilango to double in size in 2011
Burrito chain Chilango is set to double in size in 2011, with four new London openings scheduled for the year.
The first new site will be in Chancery Lane in May this year. The other three sites have not yet been identified.
The chain, which was founded in 2007 by Eric Partaker and Dan Houghton, currently has London outlets in Fleet Street, and Islington, as well as sites in Bluewater in Kent, and Meadowhall, Sheffield.
Commenting on the news, Partaker said: "We're aiming for four restaurants total in 2011. Beyond 2011 our goal is to simply continue growing one restaurant at a time, never compromising the quality of our food, service, or environments along the way."
