Chinese restaurant duo Victor and Vinny Yu to open new site
A new Chinese restaurant from restaurateurs the Yu brothers, named Yu, is to open in the Cheshire town of Alderley Edge.
It will be the second location for the Yu group.
You and Yu, which was co-founded by the brothers' father Charlie, was chosen as Best UK Chinese restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, on his 2010 Channel 4 programme, Ramsay's Best Restaurant.
Head chef Victor Yu said: "We've been looking to expand the business and open a second site for a while now, but we wanted to find the right location first. Both Vinny and I think Alderley Edge is a fantastic place that will complement the restaurant's sophisticated style and food offering."
