City Social, Murano and Carters of Moseley join shortlist for Menu Catey

The three restaurants join Chiltern Firehouse and Sushishamba, both in London, and Ynyshir Hall in Machynlleth, Wales, on the overall shortlist for the coveted award.
Establishments are selected quarterly from all the menus featured on the Menuwatch pages of the Chef section of The Caterer over the previous three months.
The full shortlist of 12 menus will be judged in May and a final shortlist of four restaurants released ahead of the annual Catey awards in July when the ultimate winner will be announced.
