Atul Kochhar, chef-patron of the Michelin-starred Benares in London, has launched this joint venture with restaurateur Carlo Spetale, the former owner of the First Restaurant Group. The menu is inspired by the street food served during British colonial rule in India.

Menu Indian - Typical dishes include roasted mallard breast marinated in lindi peppers and stone moss with spiced lentil stew; veal fillet and cheek with a spiced chilli sauce and coriander chips; and monkfish glazed in the tandoor, served with crab vermicelli.
