Comptoir Group appoints Mark Carrick as chief financial officer

Lebanese restaurant business Comptoir Group has appointed Mark Carrick as chief financial officer.

Carrick started his career at JD Wetherspoon and has since held several senior roles within multi-site businesses, most recently as director of operational finance with the Ten Entertainment Group.

The board has also announced the resignation of non-executive director Jonathan Kaye, who has stepped away to focus on other business interests.

Comptoir Group has begun the search for a new non-executive director.

Comptoir Group operates the Comptoir Libanais group of restaurants as well as the smaller Shawa brand and two stand alone restaurants Levant and Kenza, both in London.
