Dale Osborne leaves Terroirs

Dale Osborne has left his position as head chef of Terroirs restaurant in London after less than a year.

Osborne, who has previously worked at the Chiltern Firehouse as head chef, as well as at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the Wolseley, Orrery and the Goring, joined Terroirs in April this year.

His appointment came after Ed Wilson, the former head chef of Terroirs Group, bought out Brawn, which was also formerly part of the Terroirs group of restaurants.

Michael Chacinski, previously head chef at Terroirs' sister restaurant Soif, has been internally promoted to head chef at Terroirs.

Meanwhile, Nicolo (Nico) Rasile, previously a chef at Terroirs and Green Man and French Horn, has been promoted to head chef at Soif.

Osborne is to take up a new, as-yet-undisclosed role elsewhere in the New Year.
