Darin Campbell joins Hotel du Vin as executive chef
Darin Campbell has joined Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens as executive chef. He previously worked at the restaurant under Andrew Fairlie who was head chef at the time, as well as for Gordon Ramsay at Pétrus and Eric Cheveu at the two-Michelin-star the Capital in London. Campbell was joins from the Fortingall hotel, Perthshire.
