Dawson buys out Blumenthal at the Riverside Brasserie

Garrey Dawson has bought Heston Blumenthal's share of the Riverside Brasserie in Bray, Berkshire, for an undisclosed sum.

Blumenthal: focus on the Fat Duck
Dawson, who has worked with Blumenthal for seven years and has been acting head chef at the Riverside Brasserie for the past nine months, is now an equal partner in the restaurant with former Arsenal footballer Lee Dixon and Alfie Hitchcock.
