Deborah Tullett appointed restaurant manager at Swan at Lavenham

Deborah Tullett has been appointed as restaurant manager at the 15th-century Swan at Lavenham in Suffolk.
She took up the position after spending more than two years in a similar post at the four-star Runnymede hotel and spa in Staines.
Previous positions have included assistant restaurant manager at the AA two-rosette City Café in London's City Inn (now DoubleTree by Hilton) and three years working at management level at the Grove near Watford.
