Fast expanding restaurant chain Zizzi has brought its new branding online in a design that reflects the lively and energetic nature of the business, with a site that has delivered in both aesthetics and conversions.
Working with Propeller Design, Zizzi ensured its new site left no device behind, working seamlessly across all platforms. Meanwhile it sought to surpass the industry standard conversion rate of 4-5%. To achieve this, a customised booking journey via the Bookatable API was created. This strategy allowed optimisation of the user experience in the booking process, building upon the base functionality available in the standard console. Zizzi believes this development has given it a unique edge in the market.
The results have borne this out, with site traffic having increased 30% from the previous period, with booking growing by 10%. Furthermore the offers page now ranks as the third most popular on the website.
