The 152-cover, 7,319sq ft, restaurant is a new concept that will be open Monday to Friday from 730am until midnight offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

The menu will feature small plates, flatbreads and sharing boards and superfood salads. The drinks list includes a range of cocktails and hot toddies as well as wines, champagnes, spirits and craft beers.

Located in the Cannon Green building - a 82,000sq ft mixed-use modern office and retail space - the Listing has been designed by Fusion Design & Architecture.

It features an open kitchen and dining counter. A year-round al fresco terrace is also available for another 26 covers.

Managing director Jillian MacLean said: "Cannon Green is a landmark development and one of the best-connected buildings in the City. It is the perfect site from which to extend our Square Mile presence and we look forward to welcoming our lovely customers soon."

Drake & Morgan was founded by managing director Jillian MacLean and the restaurant investor Imbiba Partnership in 2008 with the opening of the Refinery in Southwark. It is backed by Bowmark Capital, following a £30m management buyout in 2013.

The Listing is Drake & Morgan's 22nd, following the Allegory on Principal Place which will open in October.
