Ed's Easy Diner opens latest outlet in Leicester
1950s-style American diner chain Ed's Easy Diner has opened its latest outlet at Leicester shopping centre Highcross.
It sits between Greggs and Modelzone, close to the Church Gate entrance of the mall which houses more than 100 retail brands including House of Fraser and Apple.
The Leicester restaurant, which has 53 seats including six stools around the kitchen counter, will open daily from 9am serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A jukebox, courtesy of Dime Selector, will also feature with proceeds going to local charity Rainbows Children's Hospice in Loughborough.
Ed's Easy Diner, which opened in 1987, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
