Emile Heskey's wife Chantelle to open restaurant in Alderley Edge
Chantelle Heskey, wife of former Premiership footballer Emile Heskey, along with business partners Peter Hunter and James Golden, are opening their first restaurant.
Parea is set to open early next month and will be an all-day Mediterranean offering in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. The new restaurant and bar will be spread over two floors and accommodate 120 covers.
‘Parea' in Greek culture is a group of friends who regularly gather together to share their experiences about life, their philosophies, values and ideas.
Golden said: "We wanted to keep our menu options simple but not be boring. All three of us have big personalities and our focus has to be on the fun."
Hunter added: "We are just very excited for Parea to launch. Having spent well over 12 months searching for the perfect location, when we saw this property we knew it was the perfect spot for us."
