Entertainment-led restaurant Circus to open in London
A new entertainment-led restaurant is set to launch in London next month with interiors by renowned British designer Tom Dixon.
Circus, which is the second venture by Adam Davies, who also owns London bar and nightclub Fuel, will open in Covent Garden in mid-January offering a dining experience coupled with theatre-style performances.
It is the latest in a string of entertainment-focused restaurants to open in the capital in recently months including a London outpost of the Amsterdam-based Supperclub, music venue Blues Kitchen and Proud Cabaret.
Circus, which will comprise a bar and main dining room, will be inspired by surrealist art with interiors including mirrored walls and bespoke pieces of furniture from Dixon's own collection.
The 140-cover restaurant will serve a pan-American menu overseen by head chef Nik Biok, who previously worked for Gaucho and St Jude in Glasgow.
Front of house will be managed by Paul Brickel (ex- Novus Leisure), while the cocktail list has been put together by Henry Besant and the Worldwide Cocktail Club.
