Esher Deli Caff will be Carluccio's 21st

Antonio and Priscilla Carluccio are to open their 21st Carluccio's Deli Caff, in Esher, Surrey, in August.
The business, which was advised by property agent Shelley Sandzer, has taken the leasehold on the former El Torito restaurant for an annual rent of 112,500.
The property has a 2,400sqft ground floor plus a further 700sqft on the first and second floors. It will seat 88 inside and 38 outside.
Since 1999 Carluccio's has expanded across London and the Home Counties and now employs more than 800 staff.
