ETM group hires ex-Ivy chef to head up One Canada Square
ETM Group has appointed Jamie Dobbin as the head chef of its new restaurant, One Canada Square.
Dobbin joins from the Club at the Ivy, where he was head chef for five years, since its opening in 2008. Prior to that he was chef de partie and then sous chef at the Ivy under chef director Tim Hughes.
One Canada Square, a 100-cover modern European restaurant with a 30-cover cocktail bar, is to open in London's Canary Wharf in September.
Tom Martin, co-founder of ETM Group said: "The opening of One Canada Square this autumn will be an exciting and busy period for us. We are very confident however that Jamie will take all of this in his stride and deliver the high standard of food that his name has become synonymous with. We are delighted to have him heading up the kitchen at One Canada Square."
