Ex-Noma and Gordon Ramsay chef Tilly Turbett to open Mayfair restaurant

Ex-Noma and Gordon Ramsay Group chef Tilly Turbett will be at the helm of Mediterranean restaurant Pucci, set to open in Mayfair in mid-November.

The restaurant will serve a menu of small plates showcasing flavours from across the region alongside thin crispy pizzas inspired by King's Road institution Pucci Pizza. The nods to the Chelsea restaurant do not end there with owner Pucci Albanese's son Rufus being enlisted (pictured with Turbett) to run front of house.

Highlights of the menu, which will use British produce where possible, will include glazed Barbary duck breast with pomegranate molasses and sweet potato; wild sea bass crudo with chilli, melon and lime oil and Baklava millefeuille served with honey cream, pistachio and rose.

The menu will also feature a number of signature vegetarian dishes, including sticky delizia pumpkin with honey, sesame, goat curd as well as Aleppo pepper; harissa-charred cauliflower with green tahini and pomegranate.

Pizzas will be made to Pucci's recipe with his namesake topped with fresh tomato, mozzarella di bufala, parma ham, rocket and Parmesan.
