Ex Wagamama boss joins Pho as chairman

Steve Hill, the former chief executive of Wagamama, has become the new chairman of Vietnamese restaurant group Pho.

Hill, who left Wagamama last year, will work alongside Pho founders Stephen and Juliette Wall to grow the business. Pho currently has seven sites across London.

Last year, the business received a £5.2m cash injection to fund its expansion, through ISIS Equity Partners.

Hill stepped down from his post at Wagamama in June last year, after six years at the helm.
