First-time buyer for Bristol's Prishtina Café

The Pristhtina Café in Cotham Hill, Bristol, has been transformed into a French-style café called Bouchon by its new owner.

Andrew Kinnersley is a first-time buyer who has gained catering experience in France.

The 52-seat café is located in Cotham Hill, near to Whiteladies Road on one of Bristol's prime leisure circuits.

The property had an evening licence that was little used by the previous owners.

The Bristol office of Christie + Co sold the café leasehold for slightly less than the revised asking price of £49,950 (which had been reduced from £53,000).
