FishWorks comes to Clapham

FishWorks has exchanged contracts on its 10th restaurant site in London's Clapham.

The site on Northcote Road in South London will provide a minimum of 50 covers with the usual fishmonger, seafood café and cookery school format.

Alternative Investment Market-listed FishWorks expects to reopen the site in early May of this year.

This is the company's third new-site acquisition in London since December, with a restaurant in Primrose Hill opened on 23 February and one in Richmond due to launch this month.

Roy Morris, chief executive of FishWorks, said: "Northcote Road is a really vibrant area and in line with all the FishWorks' criteria for a busy, village environment."
