FishWorks has expanded into the trendy north London enclave of Primrose Hill. Offering its established format of traditional fishmonger and seafood café housed under one roof, this is now the group's eighth outlet. A ninth is due to open in Richmond, Surrey, later this month.

Food: All fish is delivered daily and is prepared simply. Start with Brixham scallops with lemon and parsley, or go for a plate of a dozen Fine de Claire premier cru oysters to share. For mains, try the zuppa del pescatore, a hearty fisherman's stew served in the cooking pan.
