Flagship Jamie's Italian set for Tooley Street
Jamie Oliver's restaurant business has secured a new 6,000 sq ft flagship site for the Jamie's Italian restaurant brand at More London property on Tooley Street, London SE1.
The new opening will occupy space on the ground floor of the Hilton Hotel when it opens this Spring, following a deal brokered by leisure property agency Shelley Sandzer, which acted for Hilton.
It takes the total number of restaurants under the core brand to 36, yet further UK expansion plans for Jamie's Italian are expected to be limited this year, as the company looks to focus on an international rollout and its alternative Trattoria format for the brand.
Nick Weir at Shelley Sandzer commented: "On behalf of our client, Hilton Hotels, and following their brief we negotiated a strong deal for this site and presented them with a quality tenant for the space."
