Flemings hotel in Mayfair names Simon Henbury as new head chef

Two new appointments have been made to the food and beverage team at Flemings hotel in London's Mayfair to help relaunch its 52-seat restaurant, The Grill.

Simon Henbery has joined the 119-bedroom hotel as head chef to overhaul its food and beverage offer and introduce a new modern British menu, which will feature such favourites as veal chops, châteaubriand and grilled lemon sole.

Henbery was previously head chef at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant and in the past has worked for Jean Christophe Novelli and Antony Worrall Thompson.
