Former Itsu CFO joins ETM Group

Bar and restaurant company ETM Group has appointed Landen Prescott Brann as chief financial officer.

Prescott Brann joins from Itsu where he helped grow the business from 30 to 70 sites in the last four years. He will work with ETM founders Tom and Ed Martin to accelerate the growth of the business that they established 16 years ago.

Ed Martin said: "We're thrilled to have a high calibre individual like Landen joining us as we move into the next phase of ETM Group's development. His wealth of experience and broad leadership skills, gained from a career spanning retail, fast casual dining, hospitality and consumer goods, will be invaluable in delivering the ambitious growth plans that we have for the business."

The ETM group currently operates 11 restaurants and pubs including the newly opened Burdock restaurant at the Montcalm Royal London House hotel. It will open the Aviary, it's first rooftop bar, at the hotel later this month.

Next year the group will launch the 11,000 sq ft Greenwood pub and restaurant in the Nova development in Victoria.
