Four renowned chefs from across the world are set to take part in the third CHEFstock at Mayfair restaurant Alyn Williams at the Westbury.
Williams will be joined by a different Michelin-starred chef to create a series of one-off tasting menus every Tuesday throughout the month of April.
The chefs taking part are:
- Marc Wilkinson from Fraiche in Oxton, UK, on 5 April
- Nigel Haworth from Northcote in Lancashire, UK, on 12 April
- Sasu Laukkonen, chef and sommelier, Helsinki, Finland, on 19 April
- Riccardo Camanini at Ristorante Lido 84, Lake Garda, Italy, on 26 April
Each guest chef will design four unique courses for their evening, which will showcase their own culinary and cultural identity.
This will be complemented by four courses from Williams and served in the 50-cover restaurant.
Each CHEFstock dinner will commence at 6.30pm for 7pm, with tickets costing £150 to include a glass of Pol Roger champagne, canapés, water, coffee, petit fours and service charge.
