Fourth Natural Kitchen deli to open in London's Baker Street

Delicatessen and artisan food store Natural Kitchen is to open in London's Baker Street, after acquiring the lease from all-day dining brand Canteen.

The 4,500 sq ft, 100-seat site will be the fourth central London location for the artisan group, and is expected to open by late May or early June.

The deal forms part of the brand's wider plans to expand, and was managed by leisure property specialists Shelley Sandzer.

Managing director of The Natural Kitchen, Justin Green, said: "As we grow The Natural Kitchen brand, our emphasis is on securing great sites in high-profile locations that have a good mix of visitors and local residents."

Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, said that the location was ideal. He added: "This will further complement [the current Natural Kitchen] portfolio in London, building on the success of their debut on Marylebone High Street."

Shelley Sandzer has worked with high-profile brands in the industry, including Patty & Bun, Grillshack, Sushisamba and Five Guys.

London-based delicatessen, food store and café Natural Kitchen currently operates three sites across the capital, including original location Marylebone, Fetter Lane, and Trinity Square in the Hilton Doubletree Tower of London Hotel.
