Gökyüzü to open third London site
Turkish restaurant Gökyüzü is to open its third site in Walthamstow, London.
According to Capital & Regional, a contract has been signed by Gökyüzü to open at the Mall Walthamstow in a former BHS site.
The Gökyüzü restaurant will span 6,500 sq ft in the 260,000 sq ft mall.
Gökyüzü, which means ‘sky' in Turkish, opened on Green Lanes in Haringey in 1999. The second restaurant opened in Chingford in September 2015.
This year, Gökyüzü was awarded best kebab restaurant in north and west London at the 2017 British Kebab Awards. The menu offers a range of kebabs, meat dishes, seafood Turkish pizza and meat free options.
