Grain Store Unleashed to close at the end of July

Bruno Loubet's Grain Store Unleashed pop-up restaurant in the Zetter hotel in London, is to close at the end of this month.

Grain Store Unleashed opened in April, replacing Bistrot Bruno Loubet, which occupied the space in the Clerkenwell hotel for five years.

The move marked a shift away from the bistrot style that Loubet became known for, and followed the launch in 2013 of Grain Store in London's King's Cross, which champions vegetables and international flavours.

When Grain Store Unleashed closes, the dining space in the Zetter will function as an all-day cafe and restaurant for hotel guests and the public until a new concept is announced.
