Greek fine dining restaurant Mazi to open in Notting Hill
Restaurateurs Christina Mouratoglou and Adrien Carre are set to open a new Greek fine-dining restaurant called Mazi in London's Notting Hill.
The 66-cover site (42 inside, 24 outside) will offer authentic Greek produce including fava from Santorini, thyme & pine wild honey from Thassos, organic saffron from Krocus Kozani, giant elephant beans from Prespes, white truffle oil from Pindos, handmade orzo as well as wine and premium spirits.
Dishes will include grilled beetroot salad with garlic and Greek yoghurt foam, warm feta pastry marinated in honey and black sesame, lobster with orzo pasta and metaxa, created by head chefs Athinagoras Kostakos and George Venieris.
