Habit Burger Grill to be rolled out in UK by former Tragus director
A team led by former Tragus Group operations director is set to roll out US brand the Habit Burger Grill in the UK and Netherlands.
Phil Blackband is planning the opening of two Habit Burger Grill restaurants in the suburbs of London in 2018 as chief executive of the newly formed Pegasus Foods, which is aiming to roll out 30 sites withing five years of trading.
He is joined at Pegasus by head of supply chain Phil Cooke, formerly Patisserie Holdings head of procurement.
Habit Burger Grill was established in California in 1969. The menu includes ‘charburgers' such as the roasted garlic portabella char, with portabella mushrooms, cheese and garlic aioli and the BBQ bacon charburger, alongside a range of sandwiches including chicken, tuna and steak.
