Hagley bar-restaurant sold off £1.1m asking price

The West One Bar and Restaurant in the affluent Worcestershire suburb of Hagley has been sold off an asking price of £1.1m.

It lies just off main A456 Birmingham to Kidderminster road 10 miles from Birmingham city centre.

West One provides a total of around 190 seats across its ground-floor bar, first-floor Minh's Cantonese restaurant and an outdoor seating area.

The Birmingham office of Christie + Co sold the freehold to West One (Hagley) on behalf of Manley Gold Holdings, which intends to focus on its Square Orange restaurant brand. The new owners will continue to run West One under management.
