Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor in Leeds undergoes revamp

The Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Café and Bar, Leeds, will reopen in April following a complete refurbishment.

Interior designer Shaun Clarkson, who worked on the Perrier Jouët Champagne Bar at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge and the OXO Bar, is responsible for the revamp as the bar celebrates its 17th year. Design features will include brass finishes, metallic shades and bronze mirror-clad columns.

Head chef Paul Cunliffe will introduce new menus to accompany the venue's new look, with a continued focus on local and seasonal produce.

Sample dishes include slow cooked fillet of Yorkshire Dales beef, spring peas, girolles and smoked marrow bone sauce and Pan roasted red mullet with burnt leeks, brassicas, orange and tarragon beurre noisette.
