Hawksmoor to open Knightsbridge restaurant

Restaurant group Hawksmoor is to open a new restaurant in London's Knightsbridge later this year.

The company, run by Will Beckett and Huw Gott, currently has five London restaurants, including neighbourhod restaurant Foxlow, which opened in November 2013.

Beckett and Gott's sixth venue will be on the site of the Frankie's Bar & Grill site in Yeoman's Row, Knightsbridge.

Last year, the pair sold a minority stake in their business to private equity firm Graphite Capital, which bought out friends and family investors who helped to grow the business. They continue to run the business with long-term investor Paul Campbell alongside them.
