Head chef Sarah Newham becomes director at the Perkins Family

Nottingham-based Perkins Family, the owner of Perkins restaurant and the Carriage Hall, has appointed head chef Sarah Newham as a director.

Newham started at the company as a trainee with the original owners Tony and Wendy Perkins, before leaving to work in Scotland at The Lodge in Loch Lomond and Kinnaird House.

After briefly running her own restaurant she returned to Perkins in 2006.
