The Rib Room has appointed Ian Rudge as its new head chef, ahead of the restaurant's relaunch in October following extensive refurbishment. Rudge brings with him extensive experience having worked with Nigel Haworth at the one Michelin-starred Northcote Manor, and as senior chef de partie at the two-Michelin-starred Whatley Manor hotel and spa in Wiltshire. He will oversee the kitchen, with particular focus on developing the menu to create contemporary dishes that remain true to the Rib Room's classic fine-dining feel.
