In administration Brookmans up for sale

Davis Coffer Lyons has been appointed to sell the Brookmans brasserie and bar in Brookmans Park in Hertfordshire. The move comes after the venue's owner, Brookmans Park Hotel, went into administration.

Brookmans has capacity for around 166 covers inside and offers 150 seats in the beer garden.

The administration of Brookmans Park Hotel is being handled by Fisher Partners. The group's other businesses - the Vine, located in Ware, and the Plough, in Coton near Cambridge - remain trading.

The leasehold interest of Brookmans is being marketed with premium offers invited and a passing rent of £105,000 per annum exclusive, held on the remainder of a 20-year Enterprise Inns lease from 17 September 1999 (expiring 2019).
