Isabel Da Silva joins Fleming hotel as head of F&B
Isabel Da Silva has been recruited as head of food and beverage at The Grill from the Fifth Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols, where she was responsible for menu design, food quality and training.
Da Silva has previously worked at the Almedia in Islington, for Marco Pierre White at Le Mirabelle, and for three years in the USA alongside chef Joel Antunes.
The Grill will be relaunched on 1 January 2010 following a £1.5m redesign.
