Issolah buys Bush Bar

Ibi Issolah, the man behind the hugely successful L'Etranger restaurant in London's Gloucester Road, has bought the Bush Bar and Grill in the city's Goldhawk Road.

The Bush Bar and Grill will close this week for a full refurbishment and reopen in late October as a 120-seat Parisian-style brasserie called Miel.

Food, said Issolah, will be classic and modern seasonal French fare. The menu will include an … la carte section and a menu du jour.
