Jamie Oliver seeks staff for his flagship Jamie's Italian restaurant
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver is now looking to recruit staff for the flagship site of his high street restaurant chain Jamie's Italian, which will open in Covent Garden in June.
The site, which is Jamie's Italian first in central London, will be located at retail and commercial development St Martin's Courtyard. It will be the 15th outlet for the chain, which currently has nine restaurants in the South of England and Cardiff, with further sites to open in Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool and Westfield London in the coming months.
St Martin's Courtyard will comprise a two-acre site with five restaurants, 23 shops and a variety of office and residential space. In addition to Jamie Oliver, two new restaurant brands will make their UK debut at St Martin's Courtyard: US-based Mexican restaurant group Cantina Laredo and Indian café Dishoom.
