Chef and sommelier duo Agnar Sverrisson and Xavier Rousset, co-proprietors of the Michelin-starred Texture in London, have opened a second 28°-50° wine bar and bistro in Marylebone. Spread over two floors, it comprises a dining room and 12-seat bar as well as an open kitchen in the basement with a library and space for up to 16 diners.
