Just Opened – 42° Raw, Mayfair, London
Modelled on the original in Copenhagen, this Mayfair café serves healthy raw meals with all dishes 100% plant-based and nothing cooked above 42°C. It is a joint venture between its founder Jesper Rydahl and high-end German catering company Kofler & Kompanie.

Menu Typical dishes include marinated courgette slices layered with a sun-dried tomato sauce, walnuts, parsley pesto, cashew cream and baby spinach; and the 42° Raw sandwich made with rosemary crackers with pumpkin seeds, carrot and Brazil nuts filled with avocado, tomatoes and marinated red onions.
