Just Opened – Blummyz, London

This is the first London restaurant from Swiss entrepreneur Elliott Blum, who also runs Cristina in Saint Tropez. Housed in the former Friends restaurant in Chelsea, the kitchen is headed up by Stefano Stecca, who most recently consulted on the Italian menu at Novikov.

Menu Italian - typical dishes include prosciutto di Norcia al coltello; raw artichoke salad with pecorino cheese and pear; soft polenta with clams sauce; tagliatelle with wild mushroom and black truffle; and veal chops Milanese with mashed potato, salad rocket with cherry tomato.
