Restaurateur Martin Morales and chef Alejandro Bello have launched the UK's first dedicated ceviche restaurant where they are showcasing the cuisine of Peru. It includes a dedicated ceviche bar, where diners can watch a cevichero chef in action.

Menu Peruvian - specialising in ceviches, offering seabass, salmon, prawns, squid and octopus marinated in lime juice and Aji chilli. Other dishes include some of Peru's most famous dishes such as anticuchos, marinated beef heart brochettes; and a variety of causas, whipped cool potato cakes stuffed with crab or prawns.
