The former head chef and restaurant manager from the Kingham Plough pub in Oxfordshire have opened their first venture with a menu focused on seafood. It is housed in the space formerly occupied by Italian restaurant La Capannella in the centre of Cheltenham.

Menu Modern British - typical dishes include seafood options such as Cornish cod with garlic sea snails and watercress purée; sardines with violet artichoke and sea aster salad; megrim sole, violet artichokes, Maxim potato, sea aster and lemon verbena; and Cotswold Legbar egg with purslane and cockles.
