Just Opened – Restaurant 23, Leamington Spa

Restaurant 23 has reopened following a relocation to new premises. Spread over two floors in a Grade II-listed building, it features the brand-new, 30-seat Morgan's cocktail and lounge bar. The menu showcases seasonal and local produce in both classic and modern dishes.
