Just Opened – The Quince Tree, Oxfordshire
Located on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, the Quince Tree brings together three separate outlets under one roof. The original building has been restored into a pub and restaurant while a modern glass and green oak extension is home to a café, food shop and event space.

Food Typical dishes include grilled Oxfordshire goats' cheese, glazed beets, pomegranate and orange; Dexter Rib-eye with tomato and horseradish salsa and shallot jus; confit of brill with a warm salad of artichoke, radish and salsify; and pear and rhubarb crumble with rhubarb sorbet.
