Karam Sethi takes over as head chef at London restaurant Trishna

Karam Sethi has taken over as head chef at London restaurant Trishna. With a degree from Nottingham University in business management, Sethi trained at Bukhara restaurant at the Maurya Sheraton hotel in New Dehli. He then moved to the Blue Elephant restaurant before moving to London to be the tempura chef at Zuma. He also spent six months at Trishna Mumbai, Trishna London's sister restaurant, as well as two months travelling around India for inspiration ahead of his latest role.
