Krispy Kreme to open three more coffee bars
Doughnut retailer Krispy Kreme is to open three new coffee bars over the coming months as part of its UK growth strategy.
The company, which in June announced plans to double its number of UK stores to nearly 100 by 2016, will open the first coffee bar in Westfield Stratford City on 13 September. A second will open in Bath later that month, followed by Meadowhall, Sheffield, in October.
The firm already has coffee bars in Liverpool and Cardiff.
Rob Hunt, joint managing director at Krispy Kreme, said: "We're committed to a growth strategy that will see us build a significantly greater presence both on the high street and out of town over the next four years."
