Leeds restaurant with art gallery for sale

An Italian restaurant in Leeds city centre with a separate cocktail bar and art gallery has come to the market.

Mio Modo is sited in Britannia Street and has a separate entrance on Wellington Street - two of city's busiest roads.

The contemporary-style restaurant, which has the city centre's only wood oven, covers 7,000sq ft and can seat around 200 customers in total. The gallery features changing displays of art for sale.

The business currently trades between noon and 2.30pm and 6pm and10.30pm during the week, and between 6pm to 11pm on Saturdays. Weekly sales approximate £17,500.

The Leeds office of Davey & Co is seeking offers of £650,000 for the restaurant leasehold.
